This policy explains how Mechanized ("we", "us") handles information when you use mechanized.gg (the "Site"). We are a small business that builds automation and marketing systems for other small businesses. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Information we collect

What you give us. If you use our contact form or a calculator on the Site, we collect the details you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, message, and the numbers you put into a calculator.

What we collect automatically. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the Site. It collects things like pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. It uses cookies or similar technologies to do this.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages and requests.
• To send you the results of a calculator you used.
• To follow up about our services, if you asked us to.
• To understand and improve the Site.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as analytics (Google), email and CRM tools, and automation services. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools

We have a Meta developer app that we use internally to manage and report on advertising. It is not available to the public, and it does not collect, store, or share personal information from anyone. We do not sell or share Meta platform data with third parties. How Meta handles your data on its own platforms is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The Site will still work without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and lead information for as long as we need it to respond to you and run our business, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional legal rights, and we will honor them.

Children

The Site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
